The Northeast Michigan Chapter proudly announces that, as a special bonus, the Chapter will host a DESTINATION WILDLIFE – OUTFITTERS’ PARTY in conjunction with the Banquet - Auction. This special event will be held at the Alpena Civic Center on the evening of Friday, March 5, 2010. Those who attend this party will have an advance opportunity to personally meet outfitters and other auction sponsors who have donated items to this year’s banquet. If you are at all interested in purchasing a hunt or a trip at the Saturday evening Banquet – Auction, this special, sneak preview is an excellent opportunity to talk one-on-one with the donors. Again this year - a special live auction featuring several hunting and fishing trips – minimum bid $1,500 - will be conducted during the Outfitters’ Party. As in the past, a silent auction, gun raffles, can raffles and several special raffles will be conducted during the DESTINATION WILDLIFE – OUTFITTERS’ PARTY.

 Tickets may be purchased in advance only by mail (on or before February 23, 2010). After February 23, remaining tickets will be available only at the door with an additional $5.00 surcharge added. Tickets may be purchased for the Destination Wildlife - Outfitters’ Party only, the Banquet – Auction only or for both the Destination Wildlife – Outfitters’ Party and the Banquet – Auction (these tickets are available at a special discounted price). Reserved tables of eight (8) seats may be purchased for the Banquet – Auction and are available at a discount. Ticket prices are listed on the Ticket Order Form below. All Banquet – Auction tickets are for reserved seating only. If you wish to be seated with a group, you must purchase your tickets as a group. Tickets for prior Banquet – Auctions have been sold out well in advance. Sell-out crowds are expected for the Destination Wildlife - Outfitters’ Party and the Banquet – Auction again this year. If you are interested in attending the Banquet - Auction, don’t delay!! Seating is limited for both the Destination Wildlife – Outfitters’ Party and the Banquet – Auction. All tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. Telephone bidders are welcome and may register for the Banquet-Auction at the price of a Banquet-Auction ticket.
